A 3D Printed Display

Tyler Canning (BinaryPretzel) created a SpielMas display using his 3D printer.

I taught Tyler how to play Nova Luna during BGG@Home, the virtual convention hosted by Board Game Geek. He actually won the game, but most surprising was how much he connected with the concept of SpielMas, which I pitched everyone after the game was over.

He eventually designed a tiny display that holds a standard sized meeple atop each day, and he posted it on Thingverse for anyone to download for their 3D printer.

I don’t have access to a 3D printer during the pandemic, so I will have to admire this from afar this year. But if I did I would be making this display for my entire online gaming group.

Do you have an idea for a display that celebrates #SpielMas? Tag it in social so I can learn more and share!
